I looked up the LCBP for my client's zip which was $357.41. Client's income is $32,000. Do I multiply $32,000 times 8.05% which is $2576 and then divide by 12 which gives me $214.66 which means health insurance was affordable for him? This is my first time doing this.

No, you need to calculate affordability after any PTC.
