Does Pool pump qualify for a energy efficient tax credit? I could not locate any Fed credit on a pool pump.

I am on pg 11-15 of the TTB and no mention of a non solar pool pump and no mention of a non solar Washer & Dryer(if there such an animal)

No for pool. See instruction for energy credit form.

If there is a credit for washer/dryer it would be a state credit/deduction (of which there are several who have it for energy efficient appliances) but nothing on the federal.
