Hey, just wondering, I have a client called for an audit for a year in which I prepared and signed the return. I was under the impression that I could not represent or assist the taxpayer because I'm not an enrolled agent or cpa--just a certified bookkeeper. However, since is state, wondering if I could go with her since I signed the return? Anyone in NC have experience with that? I have NONE!
