One of my employers has Independent Contractors that usually relocate in a calendar year thus making it hard to mail 1099-misc w/o having to contact them to obtain current address which is time consuming. My vendor offers the option of emailing the 1099-misc under secure email BUT the password is the recipients first 5 digits of the their SS# followed by all 5 zip code digits. Is there a 1099-misc vendor out there that has different password format preferably something like some of the SS# digits plus some of the recipient date of birth digits and if so please post those vendors names.
