Extending pass thru business returns

I have finished about 30 pass thru business returns (1065 and 1120S) and want to extend them all until I finish the partner/shareholder 1040 returns. Most of the 1404 forms will be finished on or before 04/18 but probably not before 03/15. Does anyone see any problem with that?

not as long as the extensions are filed before the due date. I would do the same for the 1040's if the K-1's will not be distributed or the 1040 can't be timely filed because of the K-1.
