Can married daughter still be dependent for Mom?

The 23 year old daughter got married October of 2014. That didn't last long. Moved back home in with Mom beginning of June and is still living with Mom. Divorce is not final. Daughter only made $742. Can Mom claim her as a dependent even if she is still legally married? They don't think the husband would even be filing a tax return.

I am thinking Mom can claim her daughter. She lived with her more than 6 months and she only made $742. What's throwing me off, is that she is still legally married.

    Can she claim her?
