The TP's 1095-C all months checked with an X in all the boxes below the months but no X in the box under "Covered all 12 months". When I enter a X in the box below Covered all 12 months, none of the boxes under the months auto fill. So, do I need to enter a X in all the boxes?

Try reading the "help" for the line item in your software for explanation. Does not sound like a software issue.
