    ACA repayment

    client is single, over 30, made 8800. she got insurance on the marketplace. she only paid 87 per month. now because she is under poverty, she has to pay back $300 of the ptc. is this right?

    Did she receive the Advance credit (in column C of the 1095-A)?

    If so, a decrease in income usually means and increase of Premium Tax Credit.

    What was the Household Size and Household Income that she told the Marketplace? Did the Household Size decrease?
