Interest charged on an Installment Agreement

Could anyone give me a rough idea of what the interest rate is that the IRS charges for an installment agreement:

Currently a little under 1% per month for the combined interest and FTP penalty. I say that because the FTP penalty is really just the financial equivalent of additional interest with a different name.
