    Rental Repair?????

I have a client with a 750.00 bill to repair the shower in bathroom where cracked and had water damage in a rental house. The handyman also included on the bill amount to replace floor. The total is only 750.00 so I'm thinking repair expense and not capitalized. Anyone 2nd that?

    $750! Repair cost. Deduct!

I second that. It brings the rental back to its original condition which makes it a repair
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
