    940 amended

    Hi All,
    Hard as it may seem, a client got their 940-EZ wrong. Does anyone know how to amend it?

      You will need to file a form 940.

      Check the "amended" box and enter the correct data. Read the 940 instructions for complete detail and mailing address for your clients state.
