    Mother had daughter on isurance for part of the year. It was obtained thru the market place. 1095 A shows covereage for both for part of the year.
    Daughter ends up making to much to be claimed as a dependent. So since she is not a dependent, does her income need to be shown on mothers for calculation of the premium tax credit to determine if credit amount allowed was too little or too much.

    For a tax tip, they may want to "allocate" 100% of the 1095-A to the kid's tax return. Assuming the kid has a lower poverty level percentage, it would result in a larger Premium Tax Credit.
