    Kentucky NOL question

    There is an NOL attributable to Kentucky of ($22,947). However the Kentucky Adjusted Gross Income is ($26,180).
    Which of these numbers is appropriate to carry forward into the next year?

    Been reading the Kentucky instructions on their website. Not much help.
