Client went on the marketplace to get insurance. got a PTC because of income. paid about $170 per month. Doing this years tax, (MFJ) (only wife has obamacare, husband has private insurance, he's SE) they are below poverty level. Doing the worksheets with the 1095A, I come up with her getting a refund of all she paid in. Does this happen?

Yes, as long as when she applied she gave a good faith estimate that income would be above FPL.
