Taxpayer lives in OH and works in Pittsburgh. Is the employer in Pittsburgh required to withhold the Pittsburgh Non Resident Withholding tax? If not, does the employee have to file a tax return with Pittsburgh? Thank you for any help you can give. (I am in Eastern PA and it is rare I encounter Pittsburgh.
