    Non-Profit again

    We had someone on our message who knew a bit about non-profits. Maybe taking a summer break now. Anyway. Some years ago I read somewhere about the requirement to keep records of in-kind donations for certain services and goods.

    I tried to google and search IRS website but can not find anything. Only webpages from organizations with their own requirements.

    Did I just dream about government requirements on this issue?

    IRS Pub 1771 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1771.pdf provides all the record keeping rules that non-profits need to keep.
