    New requirements to prevent Identity theft?

    I was reading an article online that said there would be new forms to fill out this year to document customers ids and a different form to document signatures. I have looked on IRS.gov but I do not see where this is being implemented. Does anyone know if there are new forms this year? Thank you

          Proving a signature

          How do you "document a signature" short of a notary or a medallion stamp? ?
