    Private debt collectors for tax bill?

    FYI- there is a provision in highway funding bill that will require IRS to use private debt collection companies. The bill has not passed as of yet.

      does that make any sense at all? Highway fund to pay for IRS collection service??? Wow
      Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.

          Attaching unrelated riders to bills is definitely nothing new in congress. As far as making sense, I don't think that's part of their job description?
