Can a TP receive private Ins disability income benefits + Social Security Benefits at once if qualified?

I don't THINK that Social Security has any restrictions with that, but I think that many private policies stop paying if the person receives Social Security Disability.

I have a client who does have both, so yes it is possible. Being able to do so would probably depend on how the employer disability program is structured.

Actually, many pensions have a clause that they will not pay you under their disability provisions until you have been determined to be totally and permanently disabled by the Social Security Administration.

It does depend on how the LTD is constructed. My client upon turning 65 lost his LTD when Medicare kicked in.
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
