    Rental Property South Carolina

    Have an LLC organized in Michigan with only Michigan residents. Taxed as a partnership. Sole asset is a rental property in Myrtle Beach. What state LLC filings does the partnership/members file? Thanks in advance for the help.

    Michigan resident, SC non resident.
