    RTRP Refund check

    I got my check today but have not received any letter yet.

      Got the letter yesterday and check today. The letter says "there may be tax consequences to you as a result of this refund." I assume that if you claimed it as an expense in a prior year it will be income for 2015.

          Same here. Have to love the IRS "efficiency".

          Still I would rather have the check than the letter. :-)
