Trying to attached PDF or Word file

I tried to attach a PDF file but error came up to big of file 67KB cause the max is 65KB. So I reduced it to 47 KB, still would not accept it. So then I tried attaching a Word file 13 KB, error that it will not accept this kind of file. Anybody have any ideas?

Are you trying to attach a pdf to a return that you are e-filing? Does it meet the attachment requirement of your software?

I think the pdf can't be more than 19kb.

Yes, I called TTB, its 19KB

Yes, I called TTB, its 19KB and only PDF files. No Word files
