              What I enjoy the best is when someone tells me they want to cut funding to slow down the IRS sending out refundable tax credits. Or that they think the IRS having less funding means the IRS can pay out less refunds. Where they don't understand that refunds don't come out of the IRS budget, that refund processing is automated, and the only thing they're really cutting is enforcement letting more people improperly claim those very credits and get away with it.
