Earned Income Credit

clients married filing joint, total income $7369 have one child 17 can they qualify for Earned Income Credit for their son, and if not can they qualify for Earned Income credit for themselves.

I just had a stroke and can't think straight so wanted to make sure that they qualify, please help.
