    In kind Service

I have been researching and I have yet to find a solid answer within The TaxBook. Is in-kind services tax deductible?

If so where can I find it.

    Please Help!

What do you mean when you say "in-kind services", and what type of deduction are you asking about?

If you are asking what I think you are asking, the answer is "no".

A client brought me a volunteer time sheet and it stated that the form could be submitted as in-kind contributions for North Central Planning and development Agency.

They might be able to use it for some grant purposes or other reporting for the organization, but if they're thinking they get a tax deduction for the value of their time, then they are mistaken.
