Taxpayer owns business and has spouse employed. Small business no health insurance offered to any employees. Taxpayer pays health insurance on spouse who does get a w-2 from the business. He pays his own health insurance also. Two different health care providers.
Can he takes spouses health insurance as a self employed health insurance deduction along with his?
