    CT tax preparers form CT-6251

    I have a full year non-resident working in CT. Form CT-6251 wants an amt for CT source income (between line 17 & 18). I looked at the TP's 2013 CT return and the form was not required. The form will accept $0 but CT probably wants the TP's W-2 Box 1, correct?
