    Refi rental HUD-1 fees

    Amortized origination fees the term of the loan. Property taxes and mortgage interest deducted if not included on form 1098. Remaining closing cost/fees Borrower is responsible for a current deduction, correct? Is so place on Other Exps section?

      This is all spelled out in detail in Pub 17. Items not allowed to be deducted are added to original basis.
      Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
