    Injured Spouse, Been Ages Since I Done One of These.

    Can somebody refresh my memory on this procedure? Woman married this year to spouse. Spouse has issues and they are taking his refund. What form do you use and any other comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

      Form 8379 should already be included with your tax preparation software.
