    Is The homeowners Insurance Policy a Itemized deduction on Sch A?

    No, the HO Policy for Personal Residence would not be an itemized deduction on Sched A.

    If a rental, the Fire Insurance Policy and/or Landlords Package coverage would be a deduction on Sched E Rental.

      If there is a 2106 form with OIH then a portion of the homeowner's insurance premium may be included in the expense. See the worksheet to 8829.
