Non Tax Question PDF Question

when I want to read a PDF file from IRS etc. It asks me to save the file. In the past I could read the PDf file direct without saving it. What am I doing wrong? Any solutions?

It sounds like some kind of settings issue in your PDF reader.

I would simply save the PDF to your hard drive, like it asks, and then view the document.
