    Business mileage

Can i deduct mileage even if company pays for gasoline , but still
the personal car run about 35,000 out of town even though
gasoline was paid by the company?

I have a situation where the employer pays something every month based on expense reports submitted. It is not reported on W2 but there is documentation. I have used the Form 2106 to tally total miles times mileage rate less amount paid by the company as reimbursement. Your question seems similar. So I would say yes.

That is what I do as well. Show the gasoline paid by the company as a reimbursement on 2106.

        No Personal Mileage

If you are keeping track of the gas receipts, make sure you are not taking a deduction for gas that is for personal mileage (like commuting).
