    Is Your Tax Software Tech Support Wait time LONG due to weather todayr?

    Is Your Tax Software Tech Support Wait time Long due to weather today? Well ProSeries is. I am thinking about changing software after tax season and this will pay in.

      Drake usually picks up on the first or second ring. I have had no issues today.

              Drake works well for me. I have always gotton a person within a couple of rings. Their support is friendly and helpful.
