    Ohio Retirement Income Credit

    One of the requirements is that you received the income because you have retired. I have always understood that an IRA withdrawal with a normal distribution code 7 would qualify. An in-service distribution from a 401k with a code 7 probably would not, since not received due to retirement. Is my thinking correct?
