    Copy of Original Letter Sent by the IRS

    TP needs a copy of the original letter that the IRS sent in 2012 regarding an education credit that they were auditing. I have not seen any way online to get a copy of those letters. We need a letter with the original date.

    Did you try the Practitioners Hotline 1-866-860-4259? I have had better luck with them than the toll free # on the CP2000!
