Delayed Refunds if have Market Place Coverage Question

I have a client that was fed accepted efile 1/21/15 and they had 1095 market place coverage forms. I have other types of returns filed same day that have already received refunds. No code message on fed screen or anything, just says being processed. Is anyone noticing any issues with returns that have marketplace coverage.

    Thanks,Ron

Possibly delayed as the IRS may have to review, adjust, verify, reconcile or whatever any PTC that was advanced or taken. Just assume there may be a little more work for the IRS for returns filed with 1095-A and form 8962 or is it 8692.
Political thoughts aside this health care stuff does create a lot of problems and numerous situations. I have spent a lot of time reading and studying this and still am quite confused.

I'm always very careful to give out that IRS messaging on refunds, "most within 21 days". I don't want them calling me too soon. I had one last year that came in about a week longer than I would have expected it from someone who really should have known to be more patient. Not sure why it took longer, it could have been the fact their return changed a bit since prior year (got married and such)? Still came within 21 days though!
