I believe I read on this message board that the: "Licensing jurisdiction (state) or other licensing authority (if applicable)" has changed for EA's from "IRS-OPR" to __________________? on form 2848.

Licensing Jurisdiction
Current instructions for Form 2848 state that for an enrolled agent, the licensing jurisdiction is simply "IRS," and then you enter your enrollment number in the applicable column.
What's the question?
