    Ultimate Tax FREE tax software?

    This post card has been laying on my desk for a couple months now. Anyone looked into this and if so what is the catch?

    If I can remember it is a cloud based tax prep software with a monthly or yearly subscription fee. I do recall getting that postcard and going to the site to see a demo or screen shots and that's is all i did with it.

    I personally do not like cloud based tax prep software, but I think that may be the wave of the future!
