if you registeras a S Corp, have a EIN number and Articles of Incorporation but have not actively participated in the business yet. Do you need to file quarterly reports like 941's and end of year 1120 and k-1's etc.?

Also if they ever file a 941 with a non 0 figure and then they stop because no more employees, make sure the final 941 indicates that. One of my clients got in trouble for that. His prior preparer forgot to check that box off with the last payroll date!Taxes after all are the dues that we pay for the privileges of membership in an organized society. - FDR
