    2 new Rev Procs...

    So what do these 2 new Rev Procs mean? Can someone simplify it for me?

      I haven't read the 500 pages, but I think the result is being able to file only one Form 3115 per return when prior to Friday's publication you could have as many as three 3115s per return due to only certain method changes being allowed to be combined on one form. Maybe!
