    Form 730 - Monthly Tax Return for Wagers

    Got a new client (American Legion Post non-profit) that in the past has filed Form 730 Monthly Tax Return for Wagers. I'm looking for someone on this forum that has experience with this form (since I have none) that I might be able to talk with privately. I've printed and read the instructions but would like to converse with someone with experience. I've not used the private message feature of this forum but I guess that's one way to get started. Thanks to anyone willing to have a discussion.

      I've seen these filed by my bookie clients. One form is a 2% tax on wagers (I believe it is Form 730.) They also fie a $50-per-year occupation tax form.
