    Partnership/office in the home

can a deduction be taken for office in the home by a partner? If so, where? unreimbursed partnership expense? should the form be included. I'm filing for 2008 so it will be mailed.

The Partnership agreement has to say the partner is required to pay for his/her own office expenses.

Don't use F-8829. That is for use only along with Schedule C. Instead use the worksheet in IRS Pub 587. That worksheet is very similar to F-8829, but it doesn't need to be attached to the return.
