    Can married filing a joint return be done when one spouse is a resident of Mexico.

      Yes, if the two spouses report all of their world-wide income on the joint return.

              I live in CA and even our gov. thinks that they should all be here and take the state back over. If you do not speak spanish in CA they say get the hell out of here!!!!
