I don't know whether this IRS site is "old news" to the forum, or not, so I'd thought I'd post it:

I don't know whether this IRS site is "old news" to the forum, or not, so I'd thought I'd post it:

Apparently the site isn't accurate on weekends. It reports "no amended return found" even though it reported returns in progress during the week. (Two experiences of this.)
