    Changing name on EA licenses

    I got married and need to know how to change my last name on my EA licenses and also on my e-file for tax returns, and W-2's and 1099's

      It's been a while, but call the OPR for your EA license and you'll get a new one with your new name...that's how I did it. I don't remember how I did the efile - I think on e-services....not sure.

          you should send a letter with a copy of your new social security card or marriage license to each entity including the customer service of the program you use.
          Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
