Coin Revenue from washers and dryers - schedule C?

Income from washers and dryers located in rental units - primary business is the renting of housing - gross income from the operation of the washers and dryers is .3% of total rents - is the washer and dryer income subject to SE tax?

    Thank you.

    Coin Revenue

Is the revenue based on rental of the space for the laundry machines - or based on
gross receipts from coins in machines from users?

I would call it other income on the rental Schedule and depreciate the equipment. It is a service provided for the rental units.
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
