    ATTN Hawaii preparers

    Any of you notice that letters from the State now have an additional W number that must be used to identify the TP.
    What the ......?????? (this has nothing to do with GET license numbers). I sure don't understand the thought process behind this one. I am wondering whether they intend to have this ID number replace SSN's in the future. Anyone one have any ideas?
    Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
