W-2c?

Anyone complete one of these for their clients and if so how much of a headache is it? Do I need to purchase one with the red copy A? Can it be completed via e-file? etc.

I guess what happen is the 2 Partners of the P'Ship (brothers w/same last name), the payroll company switched the SS#'s around. Seems to me the payroll company should correct this, correct?

I've prepared them before. It takes a little time to double check that everything is correct. Quickbooks now processes the form and allows me to print it out. Before I would order the red copies from the IRS. I was preparing one every year for a client that did not include her shareholder health insurance on the W-2. I finally go tired of it and told her to go somewhere else.
