Child Care Credit paid by grandma?

I know with the AOC etc., expenses paid by grandma can be used by the person claiming the dependant. What about if grandma paid for child care and the parents have the dependant exemption and she is their qualifying child. Do the parents get the credit for what grandma paid?

Yes. It is treated as though Grandma gave the money to them and they paid it.
