Don't you dare stop these polls. I think they are great and give many of us something to learn!

    When is the next one?

BB.. your post is most thoughtful but as I said earlier I am not mad at anyone and was not aware that anyone was mad at me. Yes... I was a little disappointed in Bees Knees actions but this is an open forum and everyone should be able to say and do what they please except for those **** censored words, of course. As far as Bees is concerned it appears he can take the heat so he stays in the kitchen. I think you mistake my brash comments for anger and that is not the case. I don't feel that anyone owes me any apologies and I don't think I owe anyone. I have no problem other than I would like to find out why my .pdf file doesn't attach to this post so you can see the testing.

I like polls too. This one was too hard for me. I know only basic partnership and corporation rules. Of course I could read up everything. It's not like I never heard about it but don't have the time right now.

Please continue, Old Jack, perhaps a little more basic?

I reduced the size of the PHC-calc.pdf file and will try again to attach it here. Nope I reduced it as low as it would go (from 2MB) but the upload says the limit on file size is 39.1KB and my file is 62.1KB. Sorry.

OK... I broke up the file to 3 files: each page has to be in a separate post. This is the test calculation page.

This is page 1 of the Schedule-PH. Page 2 is only showing 100% ownership by one shareholder so I will not upload page 2.

Look for email from Taxpoo@aol.com. If anyone else wants the worksheet they can also email the request to that address.
